MYCHiFi applies the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932) and the Distance Contracts Act (SFS 2000:274).
Charges when ordering
As a customer, you can choose between several different payment options in our webshop. Our own fees as below:

Buy & Try
Buy & Try applies to the entire Aune, Auralic, Quadral, Sbooster & Taga range (not in-ear headphones). Goods that are normally stocked and not on order goods or goods in the bargain corner, unless otherwise agreed.
Buy & try gives you as a customer the opportunity to try out the product in your own home environment, instead of standing in a stressful store and trying to form an opinion. Rooms behave very differently and affect the sound in different ways and we give you the opportunity to demo the product for a full 30 days, in your own home. If for some reason you feel dissatisfied, just contact us and we will help you with the return shipping, you can also take advantage of our shipping agreements with lower prices. Costs that will be charged to the customer are the shipping to the customer and the return shipping to us at MYC HiFi. For return approval, the item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
Regarding speakers, be aware that speakers may need a long recording time to come into their own. After a couple of hours you can usually get a taste of what to expect, but a speaker deserves 100h+ before serious listening. The speakers we sell with ribbon tweeters need several hundred hours before they start to sing. So feel free to leave the speakers on around the clock so you can quickly accumulate hours.

Deliveries
Normal delivery time is 1-5 working days, but in case of high order intake or ordering of certain products, delivery may take longer. Should any of the goods you ordered be out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse delivery due to our or the supplier's stock situation, or if for any reason we do not approve the order.
If you as a customer believe that delivery is taking so long that you wish to cancel the product in question, it is your responsibility to cancel the order before delivery. When an order is to be cancelled, this is done by contacting us. Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to your email.
Visible damage upon receipt is reported directly to the shipping company. Other damage should be reported to the shipping company within a "reasonable time" (2 months) of receipt (Do not wait longer than necessary).
Change a placed order
Until your order is delivered from us, you can change your order at no extra cost, please note, this does not apply if the item is a special order.
You can cancel an order free of charge until the order is delivered from us, does not apply if the order is a special order.
Customer data
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address given at the time of ordering is correct. For customers under the age of 18, a guardian's approval is required. Ordering in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the police.

In connection with your registration/order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business in order to offer you the best service. You have full control over your data when you log into your account.
Prices
The prices on MYCHiFi's website are updated on a regular basis. The prices are stated in Swedish kronor and shipping and invoice fees are added automatically at checkout on our webshop. The price that applies at the time of ordering also applies at the time of invoicing, regardless of whether the prices change after the order is placed. The price that applies is what is stated on the product pages. In the case of an agreement other than a quote, a discount code is obtained which is used at the time of purchase

Fyndhörnan corner
Find bargains among demo products and discontinued models. What is meant by demo? The products cannot be sold as new and this may be because they have been used, have worn/opened packaging, are returned, repaired or similar.
ATTENTION! The price in Fyndhörnan only applies to products in stock.
Incorrect spec/information
We reserve the right for errors in information and specifications, on all products on our website, including images of products.
Unclaimed packages
In the case of unclaimed packages, you will be charged for the shipping cost according to word.price for shipping to you and return shipping
Right of withdrawal / Returns
As a private person, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receipt. To request the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act, contact us
You must always pay for the return shipping yourself according to § 18 of the Distance Contracts Act and at your own risk (packaging, packaging).
Quote from the Swedish Consumer Agency Distance Contracts Act SFS 2005:59:
"If you have purchased an item, you are obligated to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You have the right to make such interventions on the item as are necessary to examine it. Of course, you should be careful and not make a more extensive investigation than necessary. If the item is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right to cancel."
The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we will charge the customer for costs incurred by MYCHiFi to restore the product.

In case of return purchase with payment method Svea, the entire invoice or partial payment amount must be paid to Svea, after which MYCHiFi activates a return.
Customers outside Sweden:
Customs and charges are not refunded to the customer, if the customer wishes to return the item.
Warranty
We provide at least a 2-year warranty on all products, some products have up to a 5-year warranty. With this, you avoid expensive insurances and can feel safe as a customer. In case of problems during the warranty period, contact us and we will solve it quickly and easily.

ATTENTION!
The 2-year warranty does not apply to headphones, demo/service copies or consumables, in these cases the manufacturer's warranty applies. On demo and service copies, the warranty period is stated on the product page.
Lamp warranty
If the lamp for your projector breaks during the first 12 months, or the first 1000 hours (whichever comes first), you will receive a new lamp free of charge. If the manufacturer has a more generous warranty, it applies.
The warranty applies to original defects that occur during normal use and care according to the manufacturer's manual.
In the event of a fault with the product covered by the warranty, MYC HiFi is legally entitled to repair the product for the same fault up to three times and then offer the customer a new product with equivalent performance, a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. If the buyer has benefited from the goods, the seller is entitled to make a deduction for this.
We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have a problem with a product, contact us directly. The receipt for the goods paid for is valid as a warranty card. Therefore, always save the receipt during the warranty period!
Service and repair
For warranty service on your goods, contact an authorized workshop. You can find these by visiting the manufacturer's website and checking for service/warranty/workshops. If you feel unsure and need help, don't hesitate to contact us.
Have the product's model information and serial number available along with the purchase receipt and a brief error description when you contact us or the service workshops. Before reporting/advertising your broken product, please carefully check that all settings are correct. Read the user manual carefully. This is to avoid fault-free products coming in for service.
If the product is to be transported, use the original packaging if possible. Transport companies do not compensate for damage if the product was poorly packaged. Error description must be attached as well as purchase document.
MYCHiFi offers a right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act
According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the customer has the right to complain about a product within 3 years, provided that the buyer can demonstrate that there is a fault with the product and that it is not due to wear or the like. What is considered a fault of an item is defined by the manufacturer or its service partner. If a product is advertised and no faults are found by the service workshop, you as a customer must pay the entire examination fee that the workshop charges (around SEK 600-800).
Always save the invoice/receipt as it must be able to be shown for the warranty to apply. In case of problems, contact us first by e-mail or phone, and we will help you.
In case of dispute we follow the general complaints board's recommendations in any dispute.
Privacy Policy
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
MYC HiFi complies with GDPR for the customer's security with a comprehensive approach to all personal data in our webshop. The customer's personal data is deleted from our webshop within 2-5 years depending on the product. (This is due to warranty so we can track the order). MYC HiFi gives you complete control over your own data, so you can go in and change your member profile at any time of the day. If you only have membership on the webshop and you have not been active on the webshop, all the customer's data will be deleted after 12 months.
Newsletters and offer mailings: Your personal data will be used exclusively to send you information that can be linked directly to MYC HiFi. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can email us and we will help, or you can do it yourself on our website at the bottom. Fill in your email address and click "register" under newsletter, and you will be unregistered if you already follow our newsletter. Please note that a box should appear asking if you want to unregister, in which case you confirm with the "OK" button. You can also unregister via link in the newsletter.
